House of Prayer

Isaiah 56:7, “Even those I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer…For My house will be called a house of prayer for all the peoples.”

In keeping with YWAM Austin Liberty Frontiers’ 5-Overall Objectives, let’s look at what the final outcome will look like. Revelation 21:3 says: “…Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He shall dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and He shall be their God.” So we, as a worshipping community of God’s believers, regularly spend time enjoying God and living for His glory, and His enjoyment. Then:

We see another major final goal of God in Revelation 7:9-12, which says: “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude, which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands; and they cry out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Salvation to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb’…and worshipped God, saying, ‘Amen, blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever, Amen.’ Therefore:

We, as YWAM Austin, regularly meet together in many different settings to enjoy worshipping God but also to passionately pray for the many peoples that do not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As a reminder, (which has conducted some of the most thorough research in this unreached people group arena) states:

Total People Groups in the World:  16, 789

    Unreached: 6,950 (42%)

UNREACHED means there is no healthy body of Believers among them.

Through our prayer we also offer ourselves to God to go be His answer to GO REACH THEM!  ALL of us in the Body of Christ are called to GO MAKE DISCIPLES from among the UNREACHED locally & globally (as we see Jesus command us in .

18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
